Dimensions (mm): 795 581 27 63 90 ø 25.5 90 65 CH 1 CH 2 EOP (memory and infrared versions): the eop is defined in the software and is individual for each channel. on each channel the eop is internal 5.9 amp. up – 2.1 amp. down and external 4.6 amp. up – 2.1 amp. down. Simultaneous run: td1 280 can run head and foot motor simultaneously up and down. With a standard hB20 with 3 channels it is possible to run head, foot motor and the external actuator simultaneously down. Initialisation of TD1 with memory: the td1 with memory is always initialised in our test equipment. the td1 is simple to initialise - the head/foot motor must be run out to the end stop without any stop - the same procedure for inward direction. It is not possible to initialise the extra channels (if any) at the td1. the reason is that we do not know which stroke length the external actuator (s) has and therefore it is impossible to initialise. all extra channels on the td1 must be initialised otherwise it may not be possible to recall the memory position (same procedure for external actuators as for tWINdrIVe) Massage: Massage is now an option when ordering td1 280 with microprocessor i.e. that two external massage motors can be connected to the system. the control of the massage system is fully integrated in the td1 280 motor system and the handset is able to control both - the tWINdrIVe system as well as the massage motors. the LINaK system offers several advantages such as: same handset for both bed and massage, no extra control box, plug and play – the massage motors are directly connected to the td1 280 – no extra wiring under the bed, the mains cut-off works for the entire system, simple and easy mounting, and memory function. Connection of emergency lowering batteries: please observe that if you order the td1 with 2 x 9 V batteries mounted, the batteries will not be connected. the customer needs to connect the battery, clip on the td1 with the batteries when installing the bed and connecting the mains. Lifetime of batteries: the batteries must be changed after an emergency lowering has been performed. Batteries that have not been used must be changed after approx. 3 years. Battery type: alkaline 9 V batteries 9F22 or 6Lr61 58 117.9 please remember that the massage motor has to be ordered separately as well as the brackets for the massage motor. the ordering example for the massage motor is Md1000d2. 75 179
